Mehtab Bagh translates to Moonlight Garden, and it is situated on the opposite side of the Yamuna River. The flourishing garden is manicured and maintained closely, and the view of the Taj is breathtaking to say the least. Plus, this place is calm and peaceful with not too many people milling around, so you'll have it to yourself :P

Stride over the crowds at Coaker's Walk

This stretch of pavement in Kodaikanal is the most surreal thing you'll see. On a cloudy day, the view is cloaked in mist and on a clear day, you'll get amazing vistas of the valley. Amble on to the very end and there's a observatory with a little telescope. It's a walk to remember, and even more special with that special someone!

Dine on the backwaters in a houseboat

Say bye to boring candlelight dinners, we're talking about dinner on a houseboat while you float along in the backwaters of God's own country. You won't even realize time and distance passing, that's how mesmerized you'll be by the scenery. Be careful...you might fall in love with Kerala instead :P

Situated in Uttarakhand, this botanical wonderland requires a little effort to get there - a trek to be precise- but the result is well worth it. Who needs a bouquet of flowers when you have an entire valley of it?

When they talk about Bird's Eye view, this is what they were talking about. Originally built to watch the monsoon clouds, the Monsoon Palace offers panoramic views of the city's lovely lakes, pretty palaces and the countryside. The sunset view here is a bigger matchmaker than bharatmatrimony :P

This gem located in Meghalaya is called so because all you can see is a way down to the valley, and no hills. If you're in the mood for adventure, you can trek down to the village and get a view of the small river that snakes through it. At the end of the trek, you can split a Maggi with your better half in a scenery right out of heaven...best date ever!

Pristine and untainted, this hill station in Jammu and Kashmir is straight out of dreams! Sonamarg translates to 'Meadow of Gold' and with its clear skies, snowy mountains and the majestic Thajiwas glacier, it's no wonder why.
