HOW TO REACH
◘ By Bus: All the outstation buses come via Banjar and from there you can hire a cab/shared taxi or go by local buses till chanon and from there laida is only 1 km. ◘ By Air: The nearest airport is kullu Airport which is located 50 km away from Chanon. You can make the onward journey to Laida by Bus or Taxi, approx. fare for taxi - INR 1500 - 2000. ◘ By Train: The nearest railway station is Chandigarh which is located 260 km. You can make the onward journey to Laida by Bus or Taxi, approx fare for taxi - INR 3500 - 4000.
Take a U-turn before you reach Zero Point Banjar and head to the top of the mountain. The last point is
the village Laida.
Note: Once near the Home, guests are required to walk the final uphill stretch of 500 metres that is non-motorable. We thus do not recommend this Home to anyone who may have difficulty reaching the Home on foot.
AREA - Laida, Jibhi
Laida lies near the Chanon village and looks out at the forests all around. Situated near the Great
Himalayan National Park, there are occasional sightings of distinctive birds and animals here. With small
streams dispersed throughout the area, the region offers mini hiking treks and a delightful atmosphere.

Laida is a small settlement full of traditional mountain huts. And since it is in an area isolated from the
big towns and cities, the night skies in the village light up with hundreds of stars, making this location a
must-visit for stargazers.

- Nature and surroundings should always be respected and taken care of.
- All the food served will be home-cooked.
- Drinking and smoking are prohibited inside the property. Guests are requested to resort to the open areas for the same.
- Leather shoes are not allowed inside the attic due to religious reasons.
- The property is not pet-friendly.
- Extra Bedding is subject to availability. Please call the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same. Cost of extra bedding - INR 500 per person. Children below the age of 10 can be accommodated for free.

town of Laida. Now he hosts the house, inviting people to enjoy the simplicity and happiness the place
