Situated in the lap of nature, Zostel Ooty is a backpacker hostel that allows you to mingle with fellow travellers over bonfires & hikes. Set amid rolling hills with views of Doddabetta Mountain, this modest hostel is only 2.8 km from Ooty's Government Rose Garden and is 5 minutes walk from Ooty main bus stand/railway station.
Nestled in the ‘Blue Mountains’ of the Nilgiris, Ootacumund or Ooty stands at over 2,200 meters and has all the staples of a charming hill station.
With a variety of dormitories, we have plenty of places where travellers can mingle apart from the cosy common rooms. Mixed-gender dorms and Female dorm rooms feature 6-10-12 Bunk beds, a locker for each bed, Wi-fi, shared washrooms, home-cooked food (on demand), and en-suite facilities. There are also cosy private rooms in the quaint, scenic backpacker hostel above Nilgiri range. It is a travellers' den to feel & explore the beauty of Ooty and places around.
